Having the idea of futuristic museum where there will be holograms, automated light settings, movie & media player, and light switch all in one software is an insanely creative idea. We were approached by the Coca Cola in Cambodia where they took us to their on site to be the museum outside of Phnom Penh, to design the software that will accomodate the facility, the guide and the customers who'd be having tours in the facility.
Realizing that the bigger problem actually fell on the fact that this will all have to be easily understood by who ever is operating the software was more of a greater issue, compared to installation itself. The fact that there's no standard in tech literacy, or how difference play a big roles in this project's demographic were quite challenging to tackle.
We discover the flow of the whole experience by visiting the site and imagining of what happen and what could happen. We mapped out any technology that could possibly controlled within the device. We make sure that the controller, is as fun as it is for you to be in the actual museum. We make sure it seems like it's like a game, where error is minimized, and it's always goes unpunished. We're creating a product for whoever is controlling the museum, to be able to explore together with their team mates, museum's audience and others.
