
Irvan Lathief is the CEO and Co-Founder of DotDesign, a forward-thinking agency that blends research, design, and AI to help brands and organizations craft meaningful digital experiences. Over the years, Irvan has collaborated with industries such as non-profit organizations, ed-tech, healthcare, fintech, web3, hospitality, and agrotech. Notably, he was part of a team that assisted an e-sports brand in Indonesia in generating over $198 million annually through strategic branding and marketing. Currently, he is involved in projects with GovTech Edu, working alongside companies like Google and Canva to develop a streamlined single sign-on system for Indonesian schools. Additionally, plans are underway to launch a platform in 2023 aimed at facilitating job placements for new graduates. Irvan's portfolio includes projects such as Merdeka Mengajar, an edu-tech super app for the Indonesian education ecosystem, where he contributed to brand discovery, messaging, and strategy. He also led market research for SiteMinder International, focusing on project management and client relationship management. His work with Orange Theory Fitness involved developing a content management system across 23 countries, emphasizing strategy, user research, and product design.
