When you use DotDesign.io we collect usage data (pages visited, prompts submitted to the AI chat, time on site, browser type), contact details you give us through a form (name, email address, company), and basic device data such as IP address and operating system.

Chat session state lives in your browser's sessionStorage and is cleared when you close the tab. We do not collect payment information on this site.

We use your data to respond to enquiries, to improve the site and the quality of AI responses, and to send you updates if you asked for them. We also look at aggregate usage patterns to decide what to build next.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

The site sets essential cookies for authentication and session state, and analytics cookies through Google Analytics 4. First-party analytics events go into our own database.

You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will break login and some forms.

Four services process data on our behalf: DeepSeek (AI responses; your chat prompts pass through its API), Supabase (database and authentication), Google Analytics 4 (aggregate usage), and Vercel (hosting). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, receive it in a machine-readable format, or object to specific uses of it.
